Deploying over 25 installations across the Walt Disney World Resort, our team developed the foundational infrastructure that served as the backbone for Disney’s Next Generation Experience (MyMagic+).

These localized installations utilize MagicBand technology to personalize the guest journey, enabling seamless “surprise and delight” interactive moments within major attractions and resorts.

As the show coordinator for this massive, multi-site rollout, I was responsible for tracking all moving parts, managing creative and technical reviews, and supervising the physical on-site installations. This role served as my launchpad into interactive entertainment, where I developed a deep focus on the intersection of physical show elements and complex software production.
