Working in the Blue Sky phase of this concept expansion, I focused on validating high-level creative ideas against real-world technical and financial constraints.

As a producer during this foundational stage, I partnered closely with the park’s Executive Creative Director and Executive Producer to strategize multi-million dollar expansion options. My core responsibility was ensuring that every creative pitch met the economic, operational, and schedule requirements of the park.

To bridge the gap between creative vision and execution, I embedded with engineering, ride controls, and technical teams to vet the physical and mechanical feasibility of various attraction concepts. I translated these complex technical considerations and ride/show layouts into executive-ready reports and presentation decks.

This strategic work successfully advanced the creative vision while stress-testing and validating all core business assumptions prior to project greenlight.
